The Cat's Waltz

Last Saturday was Genevieve's dance recital. Actually, the teacher insists it's a concert, not a recital, but I have no idea why. I always thought concert referred to music, not dance.

Last year they were frogs. This year it was cats. Here's Genevieve in her costume. (One nice thing about this studio is that we don't have to shell out a fortune for fancy costumes!)



This next picture makes my heart ache at how mature and grown up she's getting.

Genevieve has decided not to take any more dance classes, at least for a while. We started gymnastics this morning!
